Involved in the development of Huffman Builders West, LLC - Las Vegas, the Nevada division of Venture Corporation and Venture Medical Centers business plan, strategic marketing, operations, project development, finance and acquisitions.
Cody grew up in Boston, Massachusetts and is a University of Arizona gradate.
With more than 40 years experience in real estate, Dee is the Broker of Record for IREPLV,LLC. Over the years he has served both as buyers and sellers representative for many clients in all phases of real estate. His development experience includes project identification and land acquisition, market analysis and feasibility studies, marketing, sales and leasing.
He specialized in Land Acquisition and Office Condominiums for Huffman Builders in Plano, Texas and participated in the licensing and development of Huffman Builders West in Las Vegas, NV and Aliso Viejo, CA.
Since 1981 he has been serving the financial, design, build out, technology and marketing needs of 100's of doctors, dentists and other professionals in the development of 19 office condo projects totaling more than a million square feet of office space in the states of New Mexico, Texas, Nevada and California.
Among the numerous and extensive commercial real estate education courses and training he has taken are Real Estate Institutes CCIM program and courses, Real Estate Securities and Syndication Institute (RESSI), Graduate of Realtors Institute (GRI). Dee's affiliations have included the Nevada and North Texas CCIM chapters, Nevada, California and Texas NAIOP (National Association of Industrial and Office Properties) Chapters, ICSC (International Council of Shopping Centers and NTCAR (North Texas Commercial Association of Realtors).

John Acker hails from Portland, Oregon. He graduated from Lewis and Clark College, Portland, Oregon with a BA in Natural Sciences (Pre-Med). He received his masters in International Relations from Troy State University, Troy, Alabama. John retired from the United States Air Force, with his last position as the Vice Commander, 57th Wing, Nellis AFB, NV (Home of the Fighter Pilot)
John's experience includes the position of Vice President, Property Management for a Las Vegas Developer, overseeing 6 (six) apartment complexes and 2 projects in the construction/pre-leasing totaling over 2,000 apartment doors, 14 (fourteen) commercial locations totaling over 300,000 SF and 5 homeowners associations
He helped stand up IREPLV, LLC in 2012 and serves as one of the Managers. He represents Landlords and Clients in the Commercial Brokerage Division doing both Leasing and Sales. He has leased or renewed several hundred thousand square feet to national and local insurance companies, law firms, marketing and advertising companies as well as medical users.

He started off his career at his father's boutique Real Estate office, Homestead Realty, where he represented both domestic and foreign investors who had an appetite for income producing property. In December of 2013 David graduated from the Lied Institute of Real Estate Studies at the University of Nevada, Las Vegas, with a Bachelor's of Science Degree in Real Estate and Urban Economics. After graduation, David accepted a position at Cushman and Wakefield Commerce as their Research Specialist. During David's time in Research he developed a unique and thorough understanding of the intricacies surrounding the Las Vegas Commercial Real Estate Market. In the summer of 2015 David accepted a position at Sun Commercial Real Estate, on the Investment Services Group.
